Pre-Construction
All successful projects have one thing in common, informed decisions are made early during the planning stages regarding schedule, budget and scope of work. Our construction managers develop strategic cost analysis to establish a budget and scope of work. Based on their evaluation they hand select the best subcontractors for the job and procure long-lead equipment and materials. This effort to coordinate and organize guarantees momentum at the start to a project.
Under-Construction
Quinndico provides leadership throughout the construction process by keeping open communication with the client, managing schedules, permits, inspections, budgets, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety. Oversight of budget and schedule is paramount as are routine meetings with our clients to ensure satisfaction during each phase. Sensitivity to our clients’ privacy as well as that of their neighbors is a hallmark of Quinndico, as is the advanced knowledge of all state and local regulations related to construction and renovation within specific buildings, communities, and towns.
Estate Management
Quinndico has a designated Estate Management division established to fulfill the needs of our post-construction clients. Skilled craftspeople and supervisors are fully aware of the project scope, participating in the development of customized project manuals containing all of the necessary information for the care and maintenance of their new home. Since we use the same craftsmen, the routine maintenance is simplified as they’re familiar with your home and their work.
The Estate Management also functions as our small projects division, handling projects of limited scope for existing and new clients alike. Regardless of the size of the project, this division adheres to the same high standards and custom process as ou general contractions divisions pre-construction and under-construction phases, additionally Chris and Ivan are involved in all phases of construction.
